Mr. Sushil K. Choudhury
Managing Director
Sushil K. Choudhury is the Managing Director of Blowtech Air Devices Pvt. Ltd., and a highly accomplished engineer with over 35 years of experience in the design, development, and manufacture of fans and ventilation products.
Mr. Choudhury earned his bachelor’s degree in engineering in 1972 from the prestigious Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, India. He then moved to Canada, where he completed a master’s degree in engineering from the University of New Brunswick in 1974, followed by a master’s in management science from the University of Toronto in 1977. During his time in Canada, he worked with a large utility company in Vancouver for nearly a decade, focusing on energy management and fan application engineering.
In 1987, Mr. Choudhury returned to India and founded Blowtech Air Devices Pvt. Ltd. Through his unwavering dedication to innovation, resilience, and technological advancement, he has established Blowtech as a prominent and respected name in the HVAC & R industry.
Beyond his role as Managing Director, Mr. Choudhury is deeply passionate about the design, development, and testing of fans. Over the years, he has developed numerous fans for air-conditioning and ventilation applications, leveraging his expertise to drive the company’s success.

Mr. Choudhury is widely recognized for his contributions to the HVAC industry. His leadership roles include:

As Chair of ISHRAE’s Fan Technical Group, Mr. Choudhury authored the 230-page HVAC Fan Guidebook, which has been published and distributed by ISHRAE. He also wrote the six-part “Classroom Series” on Fan Engineering Fundamentals for the Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration Journal, later compiled and published as a book by the ISHRAE Mumbai Chapter.
Teaching & Mentorship
Mr. Choudhury’s commitment to education is reflected in his extensive involvement in training and mentorship. He serves as faculty for the ISHRAE Institute of Excellence (IIE) and is part of ISHRAE’s “Panel of Distinguished Lecturers” on Fans for HVAC&R. Regularly invited to conduct workshops across India, he has shared his knowledge on topics like “Fans for HVAC&R” and “Kitchen Ventilation”.

Through his teaching, writing, and innovative contributions, Mr. Choudhury continues to inspire the next generation of HVAC professionals with his passion, expertise, and creativity.

Ms. Yesha Choudhury
Director
After completing her schooling at Modern School, Barakhamba Road, New Delhi, Ms. Yesha pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business and Management Studies from the University of Bradford, UK.
In 2004, she joined Blowtech as Director and has been deeply involved in shaping the company’s operations ever since. As a second-generation entrepreneur, her personal ambition, resilience, and visionary leadership – combined with the wisdom and experience of the first generation – have propelled Blowtech into becoming a distinguished brand while honoring its legacy.
Ms. Yesha’s key responsibilities include spearheading new business development in both domestic and export markets, alongside overseeing the company’s overall management. Her strategic foresight and dedication have played a pivotal role in driving Blowtech’s export growth and establishing partnerships with India’s largest HVAC OEMs.
Beyond her corporate achievements, Ms. Yesha is an accomplished and versatile professional, actively contributing to the Indian Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air Conditioning Engineers (ISHRAE). Over the years, she has held several key positions within the organization, including:

Ms. Neha Choudhury
Director
Ms. Neha specializes in managing the Production and Quality functions of the company. She holds a master’s degree in Business Management and, in the initial years of her career, gained valuable insights during her stint in the financial sector as a Wealth Manager.
With over 18 years of professional experience, Ms. Neha combines her deep expertise in production and quality management with strong strategic thinking and leadership. Under her leadership, Blowtech has achieved significant milestones, including the successful implementation of Lean manufacturing principles, robust performance tracking systems and a culture of innovation that drives consistent growth and excellence.
By positioning Blowtech as a trusted and innovative partner, she has been instrumental in driving growth and fostering long-term strategic partnerships with the largest OEM manufacturers in the HVAC Industry.
Blowtech is an active member of RATA (Refrigeration & Airconditioning Trades Association Ltd.) and Neha dedicates a portion of her time serving as a committee member for the RATA Delhi Chapter.
Ms. Yesha & Ms. Neha also play a crucial role in representing Blowtech at international exhibitions, where their adeptness in building relationships and showcasing the company’s capabilities has significantly contributed to its inorganic growth in exports. The team’s strategic presence at these global platforms allows them to identify new business opportunities, establish partnerships and expand the company’s footprint in international markets.
