The company’s 40,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility in Noida, near New Delhi, incorporates state-of-the-art equipment and machinery, including:
- CNC laser cutting machine
- Sophisticated high-speed punch presses for punching and forming fan sheet metal components
- Modern machining center consisting of production lathes, milling machines, drills, and a slotter to machine turned components
- Advanced CNC machining center for in-house production of hubs
- In-house designed & developed SPMs: Automatic impeller assembly machines & TIG welding machines
- Spot/MIG/TIG welding machines & sheet rollers
- Hydro-pneumatic presses
- Special-purpose jigs/fixtures
- Computer-controlled dynamic balancing machines
The production process is supported by a full-fledged tool room. All tools, jigs and fixtures are designed and developed in house. All fan components are manufactured exclusively with the aid of precision tools, jigs and fixtures. This ensures inbuilt quality and consistency in fan performance fan after fan, year after year.
To ensure long life and vibration-free operation, each impeller/fan blade is first checked for eccentricity and run- out. Only after passing this quality check, the impeller/fan blade is ready for balancing on computerized dynamic balancing machines. Balancing is done as per balance quality grade G 6.3 of the International Standard ISO 1940.
